PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

1. PRE-ORDER & RELEASE DATE

This product is currently available for pre-order only.

The official release is scheduled for December 31, 2026, at the latest. Course materials may become available earlier, but early access is not guaranteed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a future digital release and will not receive immediate access to the complete curriculum.

If the scheduled release cannot be met, Beauty Embrace LLC will provide notification and information regarding the revised release date and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

2. WHAT YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES

Upon the official release, your one-time purchase includes:

● Access to the Mapping University digital textbook.

● Access to corresponding educational video lessons and demonstrations.

● Access to the private Mapping University student community hosted through Skool.

● Educational explanations, references, and learning resources intended to support your continued development.

The curriculum combines visual demonstrations and written instruction to accommodate different learning styles.

Your purchase covers the core curriculum and standard student community access. Any optional private coaching, individual consultations, live mentoring, or premium membership services are separate offerings unless expressly included in your purchased package.

3. COURSE ACCESS & ACCOUNT APPROVAL

Following the course release, purchasers will receive instructions to request access to the private Mapping University community.

To verify eligibility, you may be required to provide:

● Your full name.

● The email address associated with your Shopify purchase.

● Your Shopify order confirmation number.

Access is restricted to verified purchasers and subject to approval.

Each purchase provides access for one individual student only. Sharing accounts, transferring access, or allowing unauthorized users to access course materials is strictly prohibited.

Students are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to their registered email accounts.

4. ALL SALES FINAL & REFUND POLICY

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Refund requests involving non-delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or other circumstances protected by applicable law will be reviewed and handled in accordance with those legal requirements.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Mapping University is an educational resource, not a guarantee of mastery, certification, employment, income, clientele, or business success.

Your progress is influenced by multiple factors, including your existing knowledge, practice, consistency, comprehension, technical ability, and willingness to apply what you learn.

Beauty Embrace LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

● Your ability to master brow mapping within a specific timeframe.

● Your ability to achieve results identical to those demonstrated.

● Increased revenue, clientele, bookings, or professional opportunities.

● Successful business ownership or career advancement.

● Specific outcomes from applying any individual technique.

The education provides the foundation. Your development depends on how you study, practice, interpret, and apply that knowledge.

6. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY — NO PROFESSIONAL LICENSING

Mapping University is an independent educational program developed by Beauty Embrace LLC.

This purchase does not provide a state-issued professional license, government-approved credential, or authorization to perform regulated beauty services.

Completion of the curriculum does not replace cosmetology or esthetics education, state board requirements, or any licensing obligations applicable to your location.

Students are solely responsible for researching and complying with the laws, licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and scope-of-practice regulations within their respective jurisdictions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

All course materials, including textbooks, videos, demonstrations, diagrams, mapping methods as expressed in course materials, original illustrations, written explanations, graphics, and branded educational resources, remain the intellectual property of Beauty Embrace LLC or its respective licensors.

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your individual education.

You may not, without prior written authorization:

● Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course materials.

● Upload course videos or textbook content to public or private platforms.

● Record, screen-record, copy, or distribute protected materials.

● Share your account or login credentials.

● Republish course content as your own educational product.

● Use protected course materials to create or distribute competing educational resources without authorization.

● Remove copyright notices, branding, or identifying watermarks.

Students may apply the general skills and knowledge they learn in their own professional practice, subject to applicable licensing laws. This agreement does not prohibit lawful use of general knowledge, skills, or ideas that are not protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized distribution or infringement may result in account termination and appropriate legal action.

8. CONTINUOUS EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Mapping University is designed to be a reference-based learning experience that students can revisit as their skills develop.

Beauty Embrace LLC may update, refine, reorganize, or supplement educational materials to improve clarity and reflect continued professional development.

The core curriculum will be provided as described at purchase. Future bonus resources, additional courses, live events, or mentorship programs are not guaranteed to be included unless expressly advertised.

Content may evolve, but completion of the curriculum requires independent study and application.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & ACCESS

Community participation is a privilege subject to respectful conduct and compliance with platform policies.

Beauty Embrace LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for material violations of the agreement, including account sharing, copyright infringement, harassment, fraudulent activity, or misuse of community resources.

Where appropriate, students may receive notice and an opportunity to correct a violation.

The community is intended for education, discussion, and professional development. Individual responses, personalized feedback, or direct instructor availability are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in a separate paid service.

10. TECHNOLOGY & PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Course access will be provided through designated third-party digital platforms, including Skool.

Students are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and the ability to access the platform.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or third-party technical issues may occasionally affect availability. Beauty Embrace LLC will make reasonable efforts to address access issues within its control.

No particular third-party platform is guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely. Should a platform transition become necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve access to the purchased core educational materials.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

Students are responsible for exercising appropriate professional judgment, working within their competence, observing hygiene and safety requirements, and complying with applicable laws when applying techniques discussed in the curriculum.

To the extent permitted by law, Beauty Embrace LLC is not responsible for losses arising solely from a student’s improper application of techniques, unauthorized professional practice, or decisions made independently of the educational content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. PAYMENT DISPUTES & PURCHASE VERIFICATION

Beauty Embrace LLC maintains transaction records, purchase confirmations, disclosed policy terms, and course-access records to assist in resolving billing and service disputes.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the pre-order status, disclosed release date, digital nature of the product, and applicable refund terms.

If you experience an issue with billing or access, please contact Beauty Embrace LLC so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve it.

Nothing in this agreement prevents a purchaser from exercising lawful rights to report unauthorized charges or dispute a transaction with their financial institution.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By completing your pre-order purchase, you confirm that:
