Important Information About Training Bookings

• No Discounts:

• Please note that no discounts can be applied to training dates.

• Booking the 2-Day Masterclass:

• If you are booking the 2-Day Masterclass, you will need to pay two fees of $650 to secure your two days of training.

• Taxes applied at checkout are not applied toward your remaining total.

• Remaining Balance:

• The remaining total will be due on the day of class.

• Acceptable payment methods for the remaining balance include:

• Zelle

• Card (Please note: card payments include a state tax.)

• Rescheduling Policy:

• You cannot reschedule a training date within three weeks of your scheduled session.

• Rescheduling is only permitted under the following circumstances:

• Approved by the instructor.

• Severe weather conditions or unforeseen events.

• Proof of medical emergencies.

• All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if rescheduling is not approved or you fail to meet the rescheduling requirements.

• Cancellation Policy:

• If you fail to attend your scheduled session without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will lose the ability to reschedule.

• Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Arrival Expectations:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the session begins on time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced training time without a refund or adjustment in fees.

• All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a notebook or any personal tools you’d like to use during the session.

• You will receive a confirmation text one week prior to your training date to ensure clarity and final details are provided.
